Conte Jr.

In the first part, the "Introduction" he states:

Homosexuality is evil. It is directly and irreconcilably opposed to God's will for humanity and for the human person. A homosexual orientation is a grave moral disorder within the human person. This disorder is not part of God's plan for the human race; it is a result of the sinfulness of the individual and of groups of individuals. This disorder is not a part of human nature; it is an effect of serious sin on human nature. Anyone who has a homosexual orientation has a severely damaged human nature.


I find this WRONG. If god meant for us all to be straight, we'd all be straight. But he mentions no one is born homosexual,(below) and how do they know this??

Our genetics and other factors with which we are born can never take away or nullify free will. And any act that is freely chosen by a human person is a result of free will, not birth or genetics. One cannot evade personal responsibility for freely chosen actions by blaming genetics.


Once again, i ask, "How do they possibly know they arent born gay?"
Alot of people know there gay at a very young age, though they may not acknowledge it.

Third, given the rare case of someone who has a homosexual orientation, admits his or her own responsibility and sinfulness, and who thereafter lives prayerfully and chastely, such a person would certainly be quickly turned from a homosexual orientation to a heterosexual orientation and towards God. Anyone who claims that they have repented and that they now live prayerfully and chastely, and who also claims to still have a homosexual orientation, is a liar, who has not sincerely and thoroughly repented, and who does not now live prayerfully and chastely.


At the beginning of this part, he states "homosexual orientation do not even try to live a chaste life" and what about hetersexual people? Some try, some do not. And so far, i have seen NO ONE who makes a big deal about that. I mean sure, theres the "chastity vow" but anyone that isnt very religious is going to follow that, much less wait.
In the second paragraph, he says anyone who lived a chaste and prayerful life could not be gay, and i ask this, why? I dont get it at all.
In the last paragraph, he says once they is homosexual admits it and lives a chastely and prayerful life, is quickly heterosexual.
I believe you can not push these thoughts away by simply prayer and chastity.

And this is not an unjust form of discrimination or bias, but merely the just discrimination between those fit for a position and those unfit.

Homosexuals do not have a right to a same-sex marriage, nor to the rights, benefits, and privileges that society accords to married persons. Marriage was ordained by God, who created both man and woman, and who gave them to each other as a holy living reflection of the relationship between Christ and His Church, and between God and His Creation. Marriage is not a human artifice with which human persons can do as they please. A same-sex marriage is not, in fact, a marriage but an offense against God, against the human race, and against Creation.


A same-sex marriage is a "offense against god, against the human race, and against creation. " This was the most horrible thing i've ever read, i dont think its against god, as i stated before, if god meant for us all the be straight, we'd all be straight. It is not against the human race, its simply about the prejudice people out there.

At the very bottom he puts

On a personal note, I am straight. I do not have a homosexual orientation, nor have I ever had a homosexual orientation. I have never committed any homosexual sins. But I do not bear hatred or undue prejudice against gays and lesbians. I merely recognize that they have gone astray from the path of truth and righteousness. And I would like to see them sincerely repent of their sins. Until and unless they repent, they cannot be welcomed as full members of the community of believers.

I am too straight and catholic, but believe this is GARBAGE. I wake up to a baby crying, not crying, but yelling for someone. No, the baby isn’t mine. Despite what many people say I, Brooke S, do not have a baby. This baby, which I watch during the weekday from about 9-3:30 is my older sisters, Kim.

Recently, I hear from some of my younger friends, people at a school where I used to attend, that some of the younger kids say he is mine. At first, I thought this was hilarious, but sooner I learned more kids thought that.

I had gotten a message that asked me why I as home schooled, then, “don’t you have a kid.” I simply replied to this, annoyed, “No, do not assume things about people you don’t know.” I thought that this would be the end, unfortunately, it wasn’t.

I was discussing something that happened earlier (with max,) to one of my guy friends, and he asked “Is Max your child.” I really thought that I had told him enough times, and ranted about it, that he would know I do not have a child. Annoyed, I told him no.

So, being gone from school for 2 years, and taking a child who is 1 and half, people start saying I have a child. I have never seen these kids who said I have a child. It bugged me that people though, I, as young as I am, would have a child.

Then later, I think, their life must be pretty boring to be talking about someone they don’t know, or never met (only to talk online for a few minutes.)

5 reasons I hate Buzznet

1. HATING THE JONAS BROTHERS


- Most of you hate them, we get it. Move on already please.

2. Being called a teeny bopper most everyday.


- Teeny bopper is a term which means they follow music, trends etc. We ALL do that sometimes. Who cares? We all end up liking mainstream bands and you like, HAVE to buy some of the trendy clothes, right? You probably end up liking it too. Who cares anyway? [I've been called a teeny bopper SO many times when i tell people i listen to AFI]

3. Fan girl/fan boy’s are bad.

- WRONG. A fan boy (fan girl - female term) is when you like a band so much, it becomes an obsession. Yet, we all see them as like, “like omg, Gerard Way is sooo hot” or “ omg omg Nick Jonas is so hot11 I hate his girlfriend” But, its just basically being obsessed and then you defend your favourite band. We ALL do it.

4. “Good old days”

- There’s many people who say bands like, My Chemical Romance and A.F.I. were better in the “Good old days” Maybe they were, maybe they weren’t. But we don’t have to hear it all the time.

5. People who complain

- There’s always someone complaining about fan girl’s or teenyboppers and fan fictions. If you don’t like it so much, don’t search the journals, right? But no, they HAVE to. I wrote a fan fiction for about 5 months, I had more then 10 and I seen so many hate journals on it. I didn’t get it, they are just storys. You’d probably like it if I used different names, am I right?

5 reasons I love buzznet.

1. Photography

- There’s always someone who has a good picture. The “photo” section is my favourite, they have TONS of awesome pictures!

2. Fan communities.

- Sure, they have there bad points, i.e.: 2-5. But there’s also the good things. Like the forums, and the pictures. You always find at least one great fan fiction too.

3. Top ten.


- There’s a few great “Top Ten….” I love reading them! J

4. Pictures

 

- I can upload lots of pictures (which I love doing!) and get comments, buzz’ and tips!

5. Users

- I can meet different people my age, or a bit older that like the same interests as me, and like the same music!
